WVEC, virtual and VHF digital channel 13, is an ABC-affiliated television station licensed to Hampton, Virginia, United States, serving the Hampton Roads area. The station is owned by Tegna Inc., as part of a duopoly with Newport News-licensed MyNetworkTV affiliate WMYV (channel 48).

The two stations share studios on Boush Street in downtown Norfolk; WVEC’s transmitter is located in Seaford. On cable, the station is available on channel 12 on Cox Communications and channel 13 on Charter Spectrum.

WVEC signed on the air on September 13, 1953, as WTGM-TV, broadcasting on VHF channel 13 as an NBC affiliate. It was owned by Norfolk Broadcasting Company alongside WTGM radio (610 AM; now WNOH at 105.3 FM).
